- 12 ounces fettuccine
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 10 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup dry Marsala wine
- 1/3 cup chicken broth or water
Recipe Description
I was excited to try making Chicken Marsala at home, but when it came time to make it, it seemed easier to cook the chicken, mushrooms, and sauce in one pot. (Does it surprise you that I’d be looking for a shortcut to make it easier?) The result was delicious and easy to eat. No knife required! This 30-minute Skillet Chicken Marsala will be a regular guest at our house for sure!
