Ingredients
- 1 3-lb chuck roast
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3/4 cup red cooking wine
- 1 medium onion
- 2 TBSP Greek seasoning
Recipe Description
I wanted to make a pot roast in the crock pot last Sunday, but I wanted something a little different. I got several new seasonings from Spiceologist and couldn’t wait to try them. I ended up using the Greek Freak seasoning and oh heavens it was incredible! I made a gravy but it went unused as the flavor of the meat was just SO amazing in itself. You’ve GOT to try this! (you can purchase an all-purpose Greek seasoning at most grocery stores these days!)
