- 4 twigs oregano

- 14 oz curd (tzatziki)
- 3 garlic cloves (tzatziki)
- 1 small cucumber (tzatziki)
- 9 oz flour (pita)
- 1/4 pint water (pita)
- 1/4 oz yeast (pita)
- 3 tbsp olive oil (pita)
- 1 pinch sugar (pita)
- salt
- pepper
Recipe Description
Souvlaki… so delicious. Whenever I go eat greek I don’t have look into the menu to know what’s my main course. Unfortunately I can’t go to the restaurant every week. But anyway I don’t renounce Souvlaki. Therewith it’s not such a greasy dish I make homemade pita bread instead of french fries. Pita bread is very tasty especially when you add a lot of garlic to the dough. Yes garlic is also added to the tzatziki. I’m not sure whether the greeks cook it the same way, but I don’t care because my mom has already done so and what has proven need not be changed.
