I find myself trying to make our favorite “restaurant dinners” at home so we can save time and money. These steak fajitas are not only healthy fajitas, but they’re one of those recipes and they’re delicious, too!

First things first. I LOVE my cast iron grill. You can broil steaks in the oven in a cast iron pan as well, or on a broiler pan but this thing is incredible. I have only had it for less than a month and I’ve used it five times. It is not only perfect for mastering these steak fajitas on the stove, but it’s perfect for chicken, and pork chops as well. Before I bought my cast iron grill, I did a lot of reading up on how to cook on a cast iron grill and I recommend it.
