- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine

This is a favorite “stuffed mushroom” recipe that we have every Thanksgiving. Instead of regular breadcrumbs for the “stuffing” – why not use stuffing! For an everyday side dish, replace the stuffing with breadcrumbs.
