- 32 ounces vegetable broth 4 cups
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes 1 can
- 15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained 1 can
- 1/2 cup quinoa uncooked
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice or squeeze of fresh lime juice
