Recipe Description

There will always be a special place in my heart for stir fry. This sweet & sour pork is just the right combination without being so overly sweet that you feel like you did not taste the food and are going straight into a diabetic coma! The art to stir fry is really simple. Keep the wok hot and cook in batches so everything cooks crisp tender. Really anyone can do it. However stir fry cooking is fast so you will need to have everything ready to go and any ingredients that need to be tossed into the wok on the counter top near by!
