Recipe Description

Many years ago, the Chart House Restaurant gave out their recipe for this absolutely DELICIOUS Thousand Island Dressing. The first time I made it I fell in love with it and it’s the only Thousand Island dressing that I like. No bottled dressing can come close to this one!
It’s a straightforward, easy recipe that makes about 6 cups. It lasts in the refrigerator covered for at least 2 weeks.
The nice thing about this dressing is that it is not just for salads. Use it as a spread for hamburgers, a dip for your vegetable platters or in a Reuben Sandwich. I love when a recipe is as versatile as this one, especially since it makes a lot.
Because this is so good it will become a family favorite. It also makes a great take away gift for invited guests ~ just packed it up in small canning jars and put your own label on it!
