- 1 and ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 and ½ teaspoons truffle salt
- 1 and ½ tablespoon truffle oil
Recipe Description
Potatoes with an elegant twist to turn those meal nights into something great. Adding truffle oils and truffle salts are a great addition to these mashed potatoes. Then using red mashed potatoes with the skins left on, is also a great addition. Then, add a ton of garlic to take it over the top. I serve these with my red wine rosemary steaks!
