Ingredients
- ½ cup Urad Dal
- 14 cups Whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Carom seeds
- 1 tsp Finely chopped green chilies
- ¼ tsp Dwaraka Organic Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
- Salt to Taste
- Extra Whole wheat flour for rolling oil for cooking
Recipe Description

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix them well and knead them in a soft dough using water.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.

Roll them out in equal circles using whole wheat flour for rolling.

Heat a non-stick pan (tava) and cook each roti till it turns brown on each side.

Serve hot.
