- 2/3 cup – 1 cup grated vegan parmesan cheese
- 9 ounces fettuccini or 12 ounces penne, (recommend Cappello’s fettucini gluten-free and grain-free)
Recipe Description
Vegan cheesy pasta recipe is made with gluten-free pasta, nutritional yeast, vegan cheese, and garlic. It's made in under 30 minutes and will yield 2-4 servings. It's creamy, balanced, cheesy and full of flavor. I purchase the grain free gluten free noodles from Amazon, and I prefer to use Bob's Red Mill brand products.
