- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 3 scallions
- 1 cup carrot, julienne
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts, fresh

I tried this recipe with Hoisin Sauce and Thai Chili Sauce, but the Oyster Sauce worked the best. In most Chinese recipes, prep time takes the longest. Easy for a weeknight meal if you prep ahead.
You probably have almost all the ingredients for this!
It goes together very quickly. For protein add tofu, chicken or pork.
