Ingredients
- 12 oz. package of Grillers Crumbles (veggie alternative to beef)
- 1 envelope of chili seasoning mix
- 1 – 10 oz. can seasoned diced tomatoes with chilies
- 1 – 15.5 oz. can dark red kidney beans
- 1 – 15.25 can black beans
- 10 oz. water (fill tomato can with water, swish, dump in crock pot)
Recipe Description
This vegetarian chili uses a ground beef alternative to look and taste just like chili with ground beef! I made a small pot of this for our vegetarian daughter while I threw the regular chili for us in the crock pot. This is a first for me but it came out delicious. Top it off with shredded cheese or sour cream for the finishing touch.
