Trying to eat healthier is always a bit of a challenge. Especially at lunch time. I love make batches of soups to take to work and put in the freezer. This one is one of my favorites! I love chili Well anything that has a little spice to it makes me happy. This is vegetarian, but it is so satisfying! It keeps me full until dinner time. My husband even love it!
