- 16 oz lasagna noodles
- 32 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz marinated artichokes drained and chopped
- 8.5 oz sun dried tomatoes julienne style
- 1.5 C shredded mozzarella cheese
- salt
- black pepper
- 30 oz Alfredo Sauce
Recipe Description
White lasagna is the perfect change up for a classic lasagna. I've used jarred alfredo sauce but you can make a homemade version if you want. Noodles are cooked and layered with alfredo sauce, ricotta, sun dried tomatoes and chopped artichokes. Definitely a different flavor profile than a typical lasagna but totally full of flavor.
