Recipe Description

Here is a super quick and easy chicken stir-fry with white rice meal that you can throw together on a busy day. I added white rice into it to make it a more filling as well as a one-pot meal. This is such a tasty dish that everyone in our family enjoyed, even the picky kids! It is best to use a non-stick wok or pan to cook it in so that none of it is saturated in oil.
