Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 slices crispy cooked bacon
- 8 cups spinach
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2/3 cup shredded Swiss chees
- 2/3 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Recipe Description
These are simple enough to prepare for the family dinner or fancy enough to cook for that dinner party that you were thinking about having. Chicken breasts are relatively easy to split and stuff. This chicken breast is stuffed with bacon, spinach, garlic, cream cheese, Swiss and Monterey Jack! It is then rolled in breadcrumbs that have been seasoned perfectly and baked until golden perfection. Great accompaniments for this would be rice or angel hair pasta, broccoli or asparagus for a veggie. Personally I would keep the sides simple so most of the limelight should be on the chicken! But what do I know. LOL!
