Ingredients

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 pound of small new potatoes, halved (can also use regular sized potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 2 medium zucchini, quartered lengthwise and cut into ½ inch pieces
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley
