- 4 C chopped, cooked turkey + drippings
- 2 C each cooked, chunked potatoes and carrots
- 1 C leftover turkey gravy
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 1 can of biscuits
Recipe Description
This turkey pot pie with a biscuit topping is a quick and easy recipe that you can throw together using leftovers. I used the leftovers from the roasted turkey, carrots, and potatoes that I made recently and then added canned vegetables to make it more hearty. I wanted to try something different and so I topped the pot pie with a can of biscuits we just happened to have in the fridge.
