Ingredients
- ½-pound large shrimp (appx. 10 - 12)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 green onion, finely sliced for garnish
Recipe Description
Shrimp is probably my favorite protein of all and I am always looking for new ways to cook it! This garlic shrimp recipe can be served as either an appetizer or, with the addition of some toasted bread slices and a salad, as a complete meal. You control the amount of “heat” simply by changing the amount of Sriracha sauce!
