- 1 packet Goya Azafran Sazon (optional)
- 1 shredded cooked chicken breast

Recipe Description
Try these great chicken and potato tacos! Perfectly easy for Taco Tuesday! I like to use a rotiseree chicken breast to make it even easier. Your whole family will rave for these tacos that only take you a half hour to make. Add some salsa and guacamole to make them even fancier! A dinner the whole family can enjoy!
Recipe Directions
Sautee 1/2 bag of country hash browns on Med-high in oil remove when brown
Sautee 1/2 chopped red onion
add 1/2 can diced tomatoes
add 1 packet of Goya Azafran Sazon (optional)
Add 1 shredded cooked chicken breast
Add back hashbrowns
mix
reduce to simmer and cover for 15 minutes to let flavors meld.
Serve in warmed corn tortillas
