- 2-4 chicken breasts, cut into cutlets
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon fresh Parsley, chopped
- For Dredging
- 2 cups AP flour, sifted
- 1-2 Tablespoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1-2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper

There is nothing like a nice piece of Fried Chicken. Nothing. But, even better is a nice piece of boneless, moist fried chicken. And this recipe delivers, taste and tenderness. Ideal for a Chicken Sandwich, on top of some mixed greens or for dipping in a sauce. This is my go-to, every time, fried chicken. No pressure cooker needed, just a little oil. And if you like it spicy, just up the cayenne pepper. I won’t tell.
