- 2 Cups Diced Tomatoes
- 2 Tsps. Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tsp. Oregano
- 2 Tsp. Honey
- Salt and Pepper
- ½ Cup Shredded Mozzarella
Recipe Description
This chicken has totally become a family favorite in my house! So much tomato Italian flavor, cheesy goodness and wonderful hearty chicken all rolled into this one pan dinner. I do serve pasta on the side for my husband and son, but I like to eat it just the way it is! Almost like a super hearty soup! Leftovers are amazing, too!
