Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cutlets
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Juice from one lemon + 1 lemon cut into thin slices
- 4 tablespoons butter divided in two
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Recipe Description
Chicken Piccata tastes decadent, but is one of those deceptively easy dishes to make and is a great special occasion meal. Or a nice and quick weeknight or weekend meal. Serve it with some bowtie pasta to make it look fancy or a nice angel hair pasta, or pretty much whichever kind of pasta you like. This is the dish I make when I want to treat myself to something good.
