Recipe Description

This marinade can make your chicken and salmon SO moist and flavorful, and it couldn’t be much easier to mix up. The coconut flavor is actually pretty subtle, but it does add a bit of tropical flavor.
You can eat this chicken or salmon on its own or use it to fill tacos or top a salad. I grilled the chicken and cooked the salmon on my stovetop, but I know you’ll love it however you decide to cook it!
