- 3 cups warm enchilada sauce
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1-2 cups shredded cheese

No more messy rolling up tortillas and burning fingers on sauce. My love and obsession for Enchilada’s started when I took a Mexican cooking class with my coworkers. This version is so easy!!
