Recipe Description
Spiced Fresh Salmon Rolled in Spinach and baked in crispy phyllo dough. Served with a Sweet Hot Chili Sauce. Don’t let the name “firecracker” throw you off, these rolls are mildly spicy. They make look difficult, but are amazing simple to put together. These appetizers are served at the Cheesecake Factory – but I think mine are better!
