- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 large lemon
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flat leaf parsley
- 1 each salt
- 1 each black pepper
Recipe Description
This is a great side dish for any protein. You make it like you would risotto. It’s an easy to follow recipe and the flavor is just so wonderful. Everyone in the family will enjoy this side dish. To make it vegetarian just use vegetarian Parmesan cheese.
