- 1 large carrots cut in matchsticks
- 1/2 red pepper cut in small dice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 1 can (8 ounce) sliced water chestnuts drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- 1/2 dry roasted peanuts
- Bibb lettuce
Recipe Description
