Recipe Description

This is such an easy chicken dish because I can assemble it early, cover it in saran wrap, and let it chill in the fridge before I bake it. I love this recipe too because you can also make it with chicken thighs! The butter that you add keeps the chicken so moist, and helps make a nice sauce that adds so much flavor.

Recipe Directions

Tonight is a new baked chicken recipe with a side of gnocchi! I love this dish because you can assemble it early, and let it absorb the flavors all day, and then bake it when you want to eat.

I seasoned the chicken with the Park Hill Maple Pepper and salt and a drizzle of olive oil. I put these in a small casserole dish, and added in the garlic, rosemary, thyme, and creamer. I also added some of the Park Hill seasoning to my mayo mixture and spread this on top of the chicken.  I put the butter on top of the chicken and around it and keep it moist.

I baked it at 425 degrees for 1 hour.

For the side, I made a package of Gia Russa gnocchi. I seasoned the gnocchi with a teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of salt.

It was so yummy! Enjoy!
