Recipe Description
My mom’s chicken croquettes (cakes) she made for my sister and I growing up. A crowd pleaser! Our whole family loves them, especially the kids. Very simple to make. You can use pre cooked chicken from the store or cook some up at home. I would recommend doubling the recipe so that you will have leftovers. I hope you enjoy these as much as my family.
