I should have kept this recipe’s name more of a mystery because you kind of know what to expect, right? Turkey burgers with squash and parmesan. True, but you don’t know how good they are! Not only does the squash add fiber and vitamins, it makes the burgers so moist! Two kinds of squash add nutrients to these burgers and keep them moist, but you’ll never taste they are there!
