- 1/2 envelope Knorr Bearnaise sauce mix, dry
- 3 tablespoons butter
Recipe Description
Shrimp and Asparagus together are a perfect springtime dish. When you cook it in parchment it works as a spectacular appetizer. Or make some pasta or jasmine rice and serve it as a light lunch or supper. It cooks in just a few minutes in the oven and you have a beautiful and tasty dish. The touch of Bearnaise seasoning complements both the shrimp and the asparagus.
