I made this a few nights back for dinner as I wanted something quick and easy, since I was feeling rather lazy. This was delicious, definitely resembled pot pie, and was kid friendly. We all gobbled it up quickly, leaving us with happy bellies, : )
Definitely the perfect comfort food for upcoming Fall weather ahead!!
