Recipe Description

A moist delicious turkey full of flavor. Herb butter with sage, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest and garlic is rubbed under and over the skin. Cheesecloth is then dipped into a wine, butter and stock mixture to be draped over the top of turkey to help keep the turkey moist between basting. Not only is the turkey moist but also creates delicious gravy with the drippings.
