- 3 pounds chicken drumsticks
- ΒΌ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce (I used Kikkoman)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 thumb size ginger, peeled and grated
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- salt and pepper

These delectable chicken drumsticks are my go-to meal when I want amazing flavor but without the fuss. They taste like you sweated for hours in the kitchen and yet hands-on time is 10 minutes tops! The recipe starts with a thick concoction of hoisin sauce, Sriracha, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger and garlic, and ends with the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
