Season your flour or if you season chicken 1st. If you use egg go ahead. Coat the chicken in flour use a deep fryer or a frying pan or a big pot to fry the chicken after chicken is done let it rest for a few mins in a bowl coat chicken in the bowl put a lid on it shake told well coated with the sauce if you like carmelized chicken in the oven served warm.
