- 1 1/3 cup coconut milk (rest of the can)
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons thai red curry paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

- red peppers/red chilis, sliced to garnish
