  • 1lb raw jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 Medium ripe mangoes (peeled and chopped large)
  • 1 Small tomato (peeled and pureed)
  • 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Delicious Chili Shrimp Stir Fry with Mangoes. This one is sweet, spicy and savory. This recipe has it all. Serve over noodles for a nice light dinner or by itself as a starter. If you like it spicier, add some extra red pepper flakes. And be sure to use jumbo shrimp, since they work well in this recipe.
