Recipe Description

This recipe is actually out of the kitchen of my friend Penny, who leads a very busy and active life. For those busy days, this is perfect. This meal goes from stovetop to table in 15 minutes and is so good. It’s lightly spicy with some cayenne, but you can heat it up more by adding additional cayenne pepper if you like.
