Recipe Directions

Ingredients:

  1. Place the salmon filet in a casserole dish or baking pan (I lined mine with aluminum foil for easier cleanup). Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. In a small mixing bowl or measuring cup, add the honey, orange juice and mustard. Stir to combine and create the sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the salmon, ensuring the salmon is covered in the sauce.
  4. Bake the salmon at 375 degrees F for about 15 minutes, or until desired doneness. Salmon is done when it reaches 145 degrees F on a food thermometer.
  5. Remove from oven and serve with your favorite vegetables or side dishes.
