Ingredients:
- Place the salmon filet in a casserole dish or baking pan (I lined mine with aluminum foil for easier cleanup). Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- In a small mixing bowl or measuring cup, add the honey, orange juice and mustard. Stir to combine and create the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon, ensuring the salmon is covered in the sauce.
- Bake the salmon at 375 degrees F for about 15 minutes, or until desired doneness. Salmon is done when it reaches 145 degrees F on a food thermometer.
- Remove from oven and serve with your favorite vegetables or side dishes.
