Hubby is a new fan of tilapia and he thought this was wonderful. The smooth creamy “caulitaters” were were made from two small red potatoes and some cauliflower, giving this traditional comfort food side dish a lighter and healthier flavor. It’s an easy meal to create that your family will enjoy.
